How does Laser Coaching Work?
Unlike traditional coaching that meets on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, one of the biggest differences in Laser Coaching is that the meetings are on an "as-needed" basis. This means, you could have 3 meetings in one week, and then no meetings the following week if you are still completing action items.
Scheduling your next session is typically dependent on you starting and/or completing an agreed upon action item prior to the session. In between sessions, you will have access to me to get real-time support, on an as-needed basis.
The reason my Laser Coaching is designed like this is to encourage action taking and accountability, while still ensuring that you have access to the resources, information, and guidance you need along the way.
